PELEPASAN PESERTA PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN (PKL) KELAS XII JURUSAN SIJA SMKN 9 BANDAR LAMPUNG

Menyiapkan Generasi Profesional di Bidang Sistem Informasi, Jaringan, dan Aplikasi

Bandar Lampung – SMK Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung melaksanakan kegiatan Pelepasan Peserta Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Kelas XII Program Keahlian Sistem Informasi, Jaringan, dan Aplikasi (SIJA) sebagai langkah awal peserta didik dalam mengimplementasikan kompetensi yang telah diperoleh di sekolah ke dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya.

Kegiatan pelepasan ini dihadiri oleh kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua program keahlian SIJA, guru pembimbing, serta seluruh peserta didik yang akan melaksanakan PKL di berbagai instansi.

Dalam sambutannya, Kepala SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung menyampaikan bahwa Praktik Kerja Lapangan merupakan bagian penting dari pendidikan vokasi yang bertujuan untuk membekali peserta didik dengan pengalaman kerja nyata, meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, serta menumbuhkan sikap profesional yang dibutuhkan di dunia usaha dan dunia industri.

"PKL bukan hanya tempat untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari di sekolah, tetapi juga kesempatan untuk belajar tentang budaya kerja, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, komunikasi, dan etika profesi. Manfaatkan kesempatan ini sebaik-baiknya untuk menambah pengalaman dan memperluas wawasan," ujar beliau.

Program Keahlian SIJA merupakan salah satu kompetensi keahlian yang mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk menguasai bidang teknologi informasi, administrasi jaringan komputer, pengembangan aplikasi, komputasi awan, keamanan jaringan, serta berbagai teknologi digital yang terus berkembang. Melalui kegiatan PKL, peserta didik diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengalaman langsung dalam mengelola sistem informasi, melakukan konfigurasi jaringan, pemeliharaan perangkat teknologi informasi, hingga pengembangan aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan industri.

Sebelum diberangkatkan ke lokasi PKL masing-masing, peserta didik mendapatkan pembekalan mengenai etika kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), tata tertib selama PKL, serta strategi beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja profesional. Pembekalan ini bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat menjalankan tugas dengan baik dan menjaga nama baik sekolah selama berada di tempat praktik.

Ketua Program Keahlian SIJA juga berpesan agar seluruh peserta didik senantiasa menunjukkan sikap disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan proaktif dalam belajar. Selain meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, peserta didik diharapkan mampu membangun relasi profesional yang dapat menjadi bekal berharga untuk masa depan.

Melalui program PKL, SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung terus memperkuat sinergi dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri guna memastikan bahwa kompetensi yang dimiliki peserta didik selaras dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja saat ini. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi salah satu bentuk implementasi pembelajaran berbasis industri yang menjadi ciri khas pendidikan vokasi.

Dengan semangat belajar, kerja keras, dan profesionalisme, seluruh peserta didik kelas XII Jurusan SIJA diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan kegiatan PKL dengan baik, memperoleh pengalaman yang berharga, serta menjadi lulusan yang siap kerja, siap melanjutkan pendidikan, maupun siap berwirausaha di bidang teknologi informasi.

Selamat melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan kepada seluruh peserta didik Kelas XII Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Jaringan, dan Aplikasi (SIJA). Jadilah duta terbaik SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung yang mampu menunjukkan kompetensi, karakter, dan integritas di dunia kerja.
